Beau Howells is the Founder & Overseer of Watchfire Ministries, located in Tampa, Florida.
He is a no-nonsense Christian Evangelist, Teacher, and Apologist known for his intensive teaching style, direct approach to providing real answers, and for his Spirit-led leadership in ministry. His heart is to equip believers to live in Dynamic Prayer, walk driven in Kinetic Discipleship, genuinely understand the Prophetic, and to expect tangible evident Impact in Spiritual Warfare.
With over 30 years of biblical study and more than two decades in active ministry, Beau stands firmly on the foundations of scripture and the mission of the Church. Times may change, but the Living God does not, and His Word does not. With a deep focus on the prophetic, discipleship, deliverance, and fervent effectual spiritual warfare... Beau has a desire to meet people where they are and lead them toward where God is calling them. Beau has also studied Hebraic teaching, Hebrew & Greek, the supernatural, and the fringe subjects and topics other ministers frequently avoid, but that don't always avoid us. His experience engaging the esoteric, occult, and new age has allowed him to operate with success in real biblical deliverance and warfare where many struggle to be free.
Beau has served the Lord and the Church as a local Pastor, Bishop for an international parachurch organization, Chaplain, Teacher, Author, and as a Speaker for conferences and podcasts. Beau is an Ordained Minister, Certified Emergency Services Chaplain (UCFM), Certified Mental Health Coach (IBCC), Professional Life Coach (IAPRC), and has extensive training in Natural Health (SCI), and Trauma & Crisis Counseling (AACC).
He lives in Tampa, Florida, with his wife and four children. He enjoys being a grandpa, spending time in nature, and in deep study. His desire is to challenge believers, answer hard questions, and help those looking for understanding, truth, and hope in Jesus Christ.

Leslie works with our board, staff, and ministry partners to coordinate services, events, and to manage the accounting & accountability for Watchfire Ministries. Leslie is our scheduling maestro, and she is the one who most often answers the phones and emails in the ministry office.

Daniel brings the fire to our prayer team and leads with passion for Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Daniel is also a key member of our Deliverance Team operating to biblically liberate those struggling with the supernatural.
